If they are absent, I strive to create them. And for this, I am thankful to the Universe.
Brand Creation: Asist: I have created merchandise brands such as Asist (tools). Asist stands as one of the most triumphant brands in our nations. We have sold more than five million machines, shaping concepts and strategies.
Company Foundations: Multimillion Turnover – I’ve established companies that have achieved turnovers in the hundreds of millions.
Pioneering in China: Automotive Sales –I was a trailblazer in China, where I sold thousands of ŠKODA cars (Volkswagen Group) amid the construction of a sales network in the Asia Pacific region.
Steel Industry Expansion: Acquisition by ThyssenKrupp: I co-developed the stainless steel market of a company that was subsequently purchased by ThyssenKrupp (a world global leader in steel production).
First in Imports: Energy-Saving Lighting: We were the first to import energy-saving lights, capturing the leading position in both volume and turnover of units sold in the Czech Republic and surrounding countries.
Team Belief: Successful and Otherwise: I am lucky to have wonderful people who believe in my ideas, whether they are successful or less so 🙂
But in reality, I have never lost. I either win or gain experience.

doncho papazov, my father..
My beloved father, Doncho Papazov, an intrepid Bulgarian oceanographer and yachtsman, etched his name in maritime history with daring voyages. His 1972 odyssey across the Black Sea in a standard lifeboat showcased raw courage. In 1988, he defied the odds with a solo, non-stop circumnavigation of Antarctica, braving the ‚Impossible route‘ below the 40th parallel. His most remarkable feat, a 777-day global sailing adventure aboard Tivia, culminated in the inspiring narrative „With Yana Around the World.“ Papazov’s life is a testament to human endurance and the relentless pursuit of the uncharted.
